Accounts & Admin Officer

About This Role

We are looking for a meticulous and reliable Accounts and Admin Officer to manage the financial records, administrative processes, and grant reporting requirements of Life Guide Dairy Limited.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain accurate financial records — income, expenditure, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Process staff salaries and allowances monthly. Manage procurement, petty cash, and vendor payments. Prepare financial reports for management and grant funders. Handle NAFDAC, CAC, and regulatory filing requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance. Minimum 2 years bookkeeping or accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel or accounting software. Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations (PAYE, VAT) is an advantage.
