About This Role

We are recruiting two Field Extension Officers to work directly with Life Guide Dairy graduates in the field — visiting farms, providing post-training support, distributing forage seeds, and reporting on graduate outcomes for GTVCP impact tracking.

Key Responsibilities

-Conduct monthly farm visits to Life Guide Dairy graduates in assigned territories. Provide practical post-training support and problem-solving on farms. Distribute forage seeds and explain cultivation best practices. Record and report graduate farm outcomes, income levels, and challenges. Represent Life Guide Dairy at community agricultural meetings and events.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Degree or HND in Agricultural Extension, Animal Science, or related field. Minimum 1 year field extension or community development experience. Ability to ride a motorcycle and travel extensively within assigned states. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
