About This Role

Life Guide Dairy is seeking a competent IT Support Officer to maintain our digital infrastructure, ensure platform uptime, provide cybersecurity oversight, and support staff and students with technology needs.

Key Responsibilities

-Maintain the lifeguidedairy.com platform and hosting environment. Monitor server uptime, perform backups, and apply security updates. Provide hardware and software support to staff. Manage social media technical integrations. Support the LMS Digital Coordinator on platform maintenance tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Degree or HND in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 2 years IT support experience. Knowledge of web hosting, cPanel, MySQL, and basic PHP/HTML. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
