About This Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and education-focused LMS and Digital Coordinator to manage the Life Guide Dairy digital learning platform, provide student support, update course content, and coordinate the digital experience for all enrolled students.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and update the Life Guide Dairy LMS platform. Provide technical support to enrolled students and trainers. Upload and organise course content, videos, and resources. Monitor student progress and flag at-risk students to the Academy Coordinator. Manage the graduate tracking system and digital certificates.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education Technology, or related field. Minimum 1 year experience with an LMS or digital education platform. Strong communication skills for student support. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
