About This Role

Life Guide Dairy is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Enrolment Officer to drive student recruitment, manage our social media presence, and build the Life Guide brand across Nigeria and beyond. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive student enrolment to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Manage Life Guide social media channels — create and publish daily content. Attend agricultural fairs, community events, and school visits to promote the Academy. Handle prospective student enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Manage the CRM lead pipeline and follow up on all new leads within 24 hours.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, sales, student recruitment, or community outreach. Strong social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet enrolment targets.
