About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Milk Parlour Technician to manage the Life Guide Dairy Milk Parlour — our dedicated milk collection, quality testing, pasteurisation, and distribution facility. You will be responsible for daily processing operations, product quality, equipment maintenance, and cold-chain integrity.

Key Responsibilities

-Operate daily milk collection, quality testing, pasteurisation, and processing. Manage cold storage, stock rotation, and product dispatch. Maintain hygiene standards and NAFDAC compliance documentation. Process milk into fresh milk, yogurt, and cheese products. Record daily production volumes and report to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years experience in dairy processing, food production, or laboratory quality control. Certification in food safety or dairy processing is an advantage. Ability to operate and maintain pasteurisation and cold storage equipment.
