About This Role

Life Guide Dairy Limited is looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to lead our digital brand presence across all platforms. This role is central to our enrolment growth, brand authority, and media strategy — including the planned Life Guide Dairy Online Radio and TV platform. You will be the voice of Life Guide Dairy online, turning every farm session, student success story, and dairy farming insight into compelling content that attracts students, partners, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

-Own and manage all Life Guide Dairy social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Channel, and YouTube. Create, schedule, and publish daily content — including short-form videos, reels, graphics, testimonials, farm clips, and dairy tips. Drive student enrolment by running targeted campaigns and converting followers into enquiries fed into the CRM pipeline. Manage the Life Guide Dairy Online Radio and TV content calendar — coordinating with trainers to capture live sessions, expert interviews, and farm demonstrations for broadcast. Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs promptly, and build a loyal online community. Track and report key metrics monthly: follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and enrolment conversions attributed to social media. Collaborate with the Marketing and Enrolment Officer on campaigns, events, and promotional pushes. Monitor competitor and industry accounts to identify trends and content opportunities. Represent the Life Guide Dairy brand with professionalism, energy, and creativity at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

-Minimum 2 years proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organisation. Strong portfolio of content creation — video, graphics, copywriting. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools. Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp Channel, and YouTube. Ability to analyse platform insights and adapt content strategy accordingly. Excellent written and spoken English. Passion for agriculture, education, or social impact is a strong advantage.
