1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lifeguide Dairy's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

Lifeguide Dairy provides online dairy farming education, including courses, live sessions, certificates, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Payments & Refunds

Course fees are charged as stated at time of enrolment. All payments are processed securely via our authorised payment partners (BudPay). We do not store payment card details. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of enrolment, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests should be submitted through our contact page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account access with others
• Reproduce, distribute, or resell course content without written permission
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Post harmful, offensive, or misleading content in forums or comments

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, logos, and intellectual property on this platform are owned by Lifeguide Dairy or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access content for personal educational use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lifeguide Dairy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
